Maestro’s at McGregor offers the perfect venue for your next event. Call Becky Harbour at 518-886-9351 and she’ll be happy to assist you in planning your event. Some types of events we host include:

Based on your theme and number of guests, we have several venues to accommodate your needs:

THE SYMPHONY PAVILION

Symphony Catering is the division of Maestro’s created to provide event planning and off-site catering.  During the six months from early May through early October, we will erect a Pavillion on the grounds of McGregor where large events can be held.  With seating up to 250 guests, the Symphony Pavilion is the perfect place for wedding receptions, company outings, fundraising events and the like.  Our staff will work with you to customize a menu to suit your tastes and impress your guests!

Our beautiful Empire Room with its barrel ceiling and two prominent fireplaces provides a warm and inviting welcome to your guests for life’s important events. This room has seating for 80, which can be expanded to 150 when combined with adjoining rooms.

THE SARATOGA & ADIRONDACK ROOMS

Perfect for more intimate parties, the Saratoga and Adirondack can each provide seating for 22 guests and can be combined to offer 40 seats. Overlooking the grounds of the McGregor Country Club, these rooms are sure to please.

THE DEVEREUX ROOM

Named for the famous designer of the McGregor course, Devereux Emmet, this room offers lovely views of the surrounding greens. Created for flexible use and equipped with a 72” TV featuring “AirPlay”, this is the perfect setting for sales training or business seminars or those celebrations that are made more fun by including the photo and video imaging. Groups of up to 40 people can be accommodated in this room.

THE 19th HOLE

A patio looking out over the green for the 18th hole could not have any other name! This outdoor venue offers a separate bar and BBQ pit where guests can interact with the Grill Master preparing their favorite barbecued dishes. This most casual setting can accommodate groups of up to 50. Can you think of a better place to celebrate victories on the course, upcoming nuptials or special events like a 40th birthday?

Edgar T. Brackett did more to preserve the history and traditions which make Saratoga such a special place, than any other person. His efforts to save the springs from industrial abuse allowed tourism in Saratoga to flourish. Mr. Brackett was also the founder of the McGregor Links Country Club and we honor his memory by naming our 60 seat lounge area after him.
